VERA WANG LOVE: REACHING CUSTOMERS DURING THE PANDEMIC

In response to the temporary closure of many Zales stores across North America during the pandemic in 2020, we set out to create a distinctive and safe experience for customers to design their own Vera Wang engagement ring from the comfort of their own homes. As Design Director, I led a team of UX designers to develop the Vera Wang engagement ring home try-on experience and collaborated closely with the designers on the online journey to ensure a seamless user experience. To bring it all together, I designed all the email marketing templates, packaging, and marketing collateral touch points which added a unique touch to the overall experience.
